GenerationOne and its sister organisation, the Australian Employment Covenant (AEC), are working together to end the disparity between Indigenous and non-Indigenous  Australians, through employment.  Following on from the June 2011 commitment of 50,000+ jobs for Indigenous Australians by employers, GenerationOne and the AEC have been working on a policy paper with the fundamental principle that, in order to increase the traction and effectiveness of training, the training must be delivered closer to a real job and the requirements of the employer.
